As shown in Figure 1, the impeller is eccentrically installed in the pump body, and the eccentric distance is e. During the first half-turn, the inner surface of the water ring gradually separates from the hub, so a space is formed between the impeller blades and gradually expands, so that Just when the air is sucked in at the suction port, in the process of the second half rotation, the inner surface of the water ring gradually approaches the hub, the space volume between the blades decreases, and the space volume between the blades changes once, and the water between each blade seems to be The piston reciprocates once, and the pump continuously sucks the gas.

This series of pumps adopts the structure of single-stage action. The pump consists of pump body, impeller, front and rear cover (two pieces), front and rear distributor, shaft, front and rear bearing parts, valve plate parts, etc. The shaft is eccentrically installed in the pump body, the impeller and the shaft are in an interference fit, the total clearance between the two ends of the pump is adjusted by the pads between the pump body and the distributor, and the single-sided clearance is first determined by the front-end positioning during assembly, and the impeller The size of the gap with the end face of the distributor has a great influence on the gas leakage (leakage from the exhaust cavity to the suction cavity), so the assembly must be guaranteed. For pumps with an impeller diameter greater than 500mm, the single-sided gap should be controlled at 0.25 ~0.35, and the total clearance at both ends is between 0.5 and 0.7.
The packing is installed in the end caps, and the sealing liquid enters the packing chamber through the holes in the end caps to cool the packing and strengthen the sealing effect.
When a mechanical seal is used, the mechanical seal is installed in the packing chamber cavity, and the packing gland is replaced with a mechanical seal gland.
There are suction and exhaust crescent holes and elliptical exhaust holes on the front and rear distributors, and valve plate components are installed.
