Product Description

WLW type reciprocating vacuum pump is the replacement product of W type horizontal vacuum pump, and it is the main equipment for obtaining rough vacuum. Due to the use of a fully sealed device, the crankcase and the cylinder are completely isolated; coupled with the use of self-lubricating materials for the piston rings, advanced oil-free lubrication is achieved. Since there is no sewage discharge, this type of vacuum pump is especially suitable for vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, vacuum drying, vacuum concentration, vacuum impregnation and other processes in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Working Principle:

WLW series oil-free vertical vacuum pump is mainly composed of mechanical transmission part, mechanical air extraction part and oil separation part. The mechanical transmission part is divided into crank and connecting rod mechanism. The piston changes from the circular motion of the pulley to the linear motion of the piston. The mechanical pumping part of the WLW series oil-free vertical vacuum pump mainly relies on the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder. There are piston rings on the piston in the cylinder to ensure the airtightness of both ends of the cylinder separated by the piston. When the piston of WLW series oil-free vertical vacuum pump reciprocates in the cylinder, the volume at both ends of the cylinder is constantly changed, the volume at one end expands the intake gas, and the volume at the other end reduces the exhaust gas. The combined action of the piston and the air valve periodically completes the suction and exhaust functions. The oil separation chamber and the gas-filled chamber separate the mechanical transmission part from the gas circulation part to prevent oil from leaking into or being brought into the cylinder. When the suction gas is required to be recovered, the gas chamber can be filled with this gas. To prevent air leakage into the cylinder and affect the gas purity.
