For example, when the extracted gas contains high vapor gas, when the gas is compressed and the partial pressure of its vapor exceeds the saturation pressure of the vapor at the temperature of the pump, the vapor is compressed into liquid at this time, and the rotary vane vacuum pump It cannot be discharged, but is mixed in the vacuum oil, which greatly reduces the performance of the pump. The air inlet of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump has a filter screen, and the exhaust port has an oil blocking screen. There is an air aeration valve on the left side of the sight glass and an oil drain plug on the bottom. 2X rotary vane vacuum pump pumping process: as shown in Figure 2, the gas enters the high vacuum chamber from the intake nozzle. As the pumping progresses, the air pressure decreases (that is, the vacuum degree increases), the pressure of the high vacuum chamber is not enough to push the exhaust valve, and the gas enters the low vacuum chamber through the middle partition, and the pressure is not enough to push the exhaust valve at this time, but The low vacuum chamber enters a certain amount of oil, which helps to open the exhaust valve, and the gas is also discharged. The discharged gas is mixed with oil particles, and the oil is separated by filtering the oil screen. Only the gas is discharged from the pump. The gas path is shown in Figure 2.
The oil in the oil sealing chamber of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump is supplied from the oil pool A through the hole on the front end plate. The oil in the low vacuum chamber is supplied from the oil pool A through the hole in the rear end plate. The oil in the high vacuum chamber is circulated and supplied from the holes in the middle partition.
