2BV series water ring vacuum pump is a single-stage pump with an integral structure-the pump is coaxial. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of simple structure, simple installation, oil-free, safe and reliable.
2BV series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for pumping out gas and moist steam, the suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). Connect the cavitation protection pipe to protect the pump. If the 2BV water ring vacuum pump is equipped with an atmospheric ejector, the suction pressure can reach 10mbar. The ejector can be directly installed on the suction port of the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, the maximum pressure is 0.26 mbar. MPa (absolute pressure).
2BV series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar industry and other fields. With the rotation of the impeller, the space gradually expands, the gas pressure in the space decreases, and the gas is inhaled from the suction port of the disc. The space is gradually reduced, and the gas pressure in the space is increased. When the pressure is higher than the exhaust port pressure, the gas between the blades is discharged from the disk exhaust port. In this way, every time the impeller rotates, the space between the blades is sucked and exhausted once, and many spaces work continuously, and the 2BV water ring vacuum pump continuously sucks or presses the gas.
The 2BV water ring vacuum pump generates heat during work, which will make the working water ring hot, and part of the water and gas are discharged together. Therefore, during the working process, the pump must be continuously supplied with water for cooling and replenishment. The water consumed in the pump meets the working requirements of the pump.
When the gas discharged by the 2BV water ring vacuum pump is no longer used, a gas-water separator is connected to the exhaust port of the 2BV water-ring vacuum pump. It is discharged from the exhaust pipe, and the remaining water is supplied to the pump through the return pipe for continued use. With the extension of the working time, the temperature of the working water will continue to rise. At this time, it is necessary to supply cold water from the water supply pipe to reduce the temperature of the working water and ensure that the pump can meet the required technical requirements and performance indicators.
When the 2BV water ring vacuum pump is used as a compressor, a gas-water separator is connected to the exhaust port of the pump, and the gas-water mixture is automatically separated after entering the gas-water separator. The gas is transported to the required system by the exhaust pipe and the working water is separated. into the 2BV water ring vacuum pump. When the gas is compressed, the working water is very easy to heat, the water is discharged from the exhaust port of the pump, the temperature will become higher, and the cold water must be continuously supplied by the water supply pipe. The intake pipe and the exhaust pipe are connected to the pump chamber through the suction hole and the exhaust hole on the disc installed on the pump cover, the shaft is eccentrically installed in the pump body, the impeller is fixed on the shaft with a flat key, and the two ends of the 2BV vacuum pump are The gap between the pump body and the disc is adjusted by the pad between the pump body and the disc, the gap between the impeller and the disc on the pump cover is adjusted by the pad between the disc and the pump body, the two ends of the impeller and the disc on the pump cover are adjusted. The gap between them determines the size and limit pressure of the gas lost in the flow from the inlet to the exhaust port in the pump chamber.
The seal of 2BV vacuum pump adopts mechanical seal, and the mechanical seal is installed between the impeller and the pump body. The gap between the impeller and the pump body is determined by the mechanical seal.
A disc is installed on the cover of the 2BV vacuum pump, and the disc is provided with suction and exhaust holes and a flexible exhaust valve.
