The main components of the W series reciprocating vacuum pump are the cylinder 1 and the piston 2 in which the reciprocating linear motion is performed. The driving of the piston is the crank connecting rod mechanism 3 (including the cross head) to complete. In addition to the above-mentioned main components, there are also important components such as exhaust valve 4 and suction valve 5, as well as auxiliary components such as machine seat, crankcase, dynamic seal and static seal.
W, WY type reciprocating piston vacuum pump structure consists of two main parts: the mechanical transmission part and the gas circulation part.
1. Mechanical transmission part:
The entire mechanism of the mechanical transmission part is in a closed body, and the vacuum pump crankshaft is supported in tapered roller bearings on both sides of the body. One end of the crankshaft is equipped with a large pulley to drive the transmission part. The connecting rod connects the crankshaft journal to the crosshead. One end of the piston rod is equipped with a large pulley to drive the transmission part. The other end is installed in the taper hole of the piston and fixed with a nut. The motor and the small pulley mounted on the shaft drive the crankshaft to rotate through the triangular tape, so that the piston reciprocates in the cylinder through the action of the connecting rod and the cross head.
When the connecting rod crank mechanism moves in the body, the lubricating oil in the oil pool splashes to lubricate the friction surfaces such as bearings, crank journals, crossheads and slips. In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the transmission mechanism, removable door covers are installed on both sides and back of the body, and an oil window is installed on the back cover to indicate the oil level of the oil pool in the body.
2. Gas circulation part:
The air chamber and the cylinder are cast as a whole. The air chamber is equipped with an intake valve as the air inlet, and the air chamber is equipped with an exhaust valve as the exhaust port. There are valve plates and coil springs on the air groove of the valve to form a check valve. , to control the intake and exhaust and automatically complete the gas distribution.
There is a piston in the cylinder, and a piston ring is installed on the piston to ensure that the two ends of the cylinder separated by the piston are airtight. When the piston reciprocates in the cylinder, it constantly changes the volume at both ends of the cylinder, one end expands the area of inhaled gas, and the other end reduces the exhaust gas. The combined action of the piston and the air valve completes the suction and discharge of the vacuum pump periodically.
The cooling water flowing in the water jacket of the cylinder takes away the heat generated by the compressed surface of the gas and the heat generated by the friction of the metal surface in the cylinder, so that the cylinder will not overheat. The cooling water flows in from the bottom of the cylinder head, and flows out of the vacuum pump through the water outlet above the cylinder neck through the water jacket.
