The JZJ2BE type water ring Roots vacuum pump unit adopts the high-efficiency and energy-saving 2BV type liquid ring vacuum pump as the backing pump, so the JZJ2B type water ring Roots vacuum pump unit is more efficient than the JZJ2S series water ring Roots vacuum pump unit. No leakage (2BE series is a standard design of mechanical seal, different from 2SK series packing seal), corrosion resistance (2BV series adopts aluminum bronze impeller), high protection level.
The working fluid of the backing pump of the JZJ2BE type water ring Roots vacuum pump unit is mostly water, and organic solvents (methanol, ethanol, xylene, acetone and other organic solvents can be used) or other liquids can also be used, and the backing pump is used as a closed circuit. The use of the circulating system greatly reduces the pollution to the environment, and at the same time greatly improves the recovery of organic solvents. Its ultimate vacuum is determined by the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid.Product Photos:Instructions for use: 1. Understand the composition of the pumped gas, whether it contains condensable vapor, whether there is particle dust, whether it is corrosive, etc. When choosing a vacuum pump, you need to know the gas composition and select the corresponding pump for the gas to be pumped. If the gas contains vapor, particles, and corrosive gases, it should be considered to install auxiliary equipment such as condensers, dust collectors, etc. on the inlet pipeline of the pump.
2. The working pressure of the Roots vacuum unit should meet the ultimate vacuum and working pressure requirements of the vacuum equipment. For example, a vacuum drying process of a vacuum unit requires a working pressure of 10mmHg (absolute pressure), and the ultimate pressure of the selected vacuum pump should be at least 2mmHg, preferably lower than 1mmHg. Usually the ultimate pressure of the pump is selected to be half to an order of magnitude higher than the working pressure of the vacuum equipment.
3. Correctly select the working point of the Roots vacuum unit. The normal working range of the Roots vacuum unit is the maximum suction pressure ~ the ultimate pressure × 5. Example: The normal working range of JZJ2B150-2.1 Roots water ring vacuum unit is: 6000Pa ~ 125Pa, this working range is the normal working pressure range after the main pump is turned on, and the unit has the best efficiency within this working range.
4. The JZJ2BE water ring roots vacuum pump unit should be able to discharge all the gas generated in the process of vacuum equipment under its working pressure.
5. Select the appropriate unit configuration according to the actual working conditions. For example: the maximum pumping rate and ultimate pressure of JZJ2BE300-4.1 unit and JZJ2BE300-2.1 vacuum unit are the same, the difference is that their working range and power consumption are different, the normal working range of JZJ2B300-4.1 unit is 2000Pa ~ 125Pa , and the normal working range of the JZJ2B300-2.1 vacuum pump unit is 5000Pa ~ 125Pa. Obviously, the normal working range of the JZJ2BE300-2.1 unit is wider, but the power it consumes is also greater. If it can be confirmed that the working pressure of the pumped system is less than 2000Pa, the JZJ2B300-4.1 unit should be preferred to save energy. If the unit is required to have a strong pre-pumping capability for the system and the unit needs to work at a higher pressure for a long time, Wanjing Pump Industry chooses the JZJ2B300-2.1 unit with a larger backing pump. Since the suction pressure will be changed as per distinguished working condition, before model selection, the verifying calculation as per actual suction and discharging process, condensation situation of condensable gas, changing time for suction pressure is required.
